If you cannot access the lecture on the day for whatever reason or you cannot make the live event, you will be able to watch a replay of the session.

To ensure you receive the replay, you need to EITHER register for the live event (on this page) OR indicate that you want to get the replay if you have received an email inviting you to the event.

The replay will be sent to you via email within 3 days after the live event.

In the replay email, you’ll find instructions on how to access the video, as well as on how to claim and personalise your certificate.

You’ll have access to the replay for 28 days after the event, and afterwards, you will only be able to access it if you have a membership to the resources library.

How do I get my CPD certificate? Expand

Once you have registered and attended the session, you will receive an email with all the information on claiming your certificate.

The email will contain the link to the replay page, where you’ll find full instructions on downloading and personalising your certificate.

We will include a helpful 3-minute video showing how to personalise your certificate using a FREE PDF editor tool to add your name.

If you are a CSR member, you will be able to access the lecture and certificate for the lecture on your CSR dashboard on Thursday following the live session. By completing the self-declaration linked to the lecture, you can claim your personalised certificate.

How do I join the lecture? Expand After registering for the lecture, watch your email for the Zoom link for the session. You will get an email shortly after successfully registering. You will also get a reminder email with the link shortly before the lecture starts. If you don’t receive the email with the link, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still can’t find the email, please contact our team at support@counsellingtutor.com On the day of the lecture, follow these steps:
  • Click on the invite link provided in the email or copy and paste it into a web browser.
  • The web browser will redirect you to the Zoom launch meeting page.
  • A pop-up will appear, asking if you want to open Zoom Meetings.
  • Click on “Open.”
  • The Zoom app will open and automatically direct you to the meeting.
    • If you don’t have Zoom installed on your device, you will be given the option to download Zoom. If you prefer not to download it, press “Cancel,” and you can access Zoom via a web browser instead. Can I invite a colleague or peer to this lecture? Expand

    I am a CSR member. Do I need to register for this lecture? Expand As a CSR library member, you should have already received an invitation in your inbox. If you want to attend the live session, please click the “Yes, please! Count me in 😉” button in your invitation email.

    You will receive all the details on how to attend the live session via email shortly after letting us know you want to attend.

    If you do not want to attend the live session, let us know by clicking the “No thanks. Send the replay” button.

    You will get notified as soon as the replay is available – about 3 days after the live session has ended.

    Or you can access the replay of the lecture in your membership dashboard the Thursday after the live lecture.

    The bonus of accessing the lecture replay in your membership dashboard is that you can claim your personalised CPD certificate for the lecture.

    The lecture will run for 60 minutes. It starts at 11 am and will finish at 12 noon UK Time.

    We may stay online for up to 30 minutes after the lecture ends to answer questions.

    There is no charge for this lecture. It is free for you (or anyone you invite) to attend the live session and/or access the replay.

    The replay of the lecture will be available for 28 days after the live session.

If you’re unable to join the live session, rest assured that if you’re registered you will receive the replay and any associated materials within 3 days after the live event. If you have an active membership, the event will be on your dashboard on Thursday following the live session.
